When we first launched our manoushe in Whole Foods it wasn’t just a big deal for us. It’s a big deal for so many people like us who almost never saw the foods they grew up on in grocery stores. While it was so special to be the first ever manoushe in a mainstream grocery store we’ve made the tough decision to wind down this part of our operations for the time being. The reality of being a small business means we can’t do it all. And having a busy restaurant on top of a spice business on top of a retail grocery business meant we couldn’t give this area of the business the attention and resources it deserved.

We still want to make manoushe available for everyone to enjoy in their homes and we’re hopeful to revisit this project on a much bigger level in the future.
